Emma Yallamas | Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Emma is an experienced paediatric exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT. She is Autism Swim certified and passionate about delivering family-centred, goal-directed therapy through land-based and aquatic programs. Emma supports children across various settings including homes, schools, parks, and pools, helping them build confidence, improve movement, and participate more in physical skills.
Expertise & Experience
Emma began her work in paediatric exercise physiology in 2022 and has since gained extensive experience delivering tailored exercise interventions for children across a range of settings.
She is also an Autism Swim certified instructor, with a particular interest in using aquatic therapy to help children build confidence, improve motor skills, and participate more in the community.
Her background also includes experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation through hydrotherapy.

Emma is deeply committed to providing evidence-based, family-centred, and goal-directed therapy. She focuses on creating supportive and inclusive environments—whether it’s in the pool, at school, in the park, on the sports field, or at home—so that every child can feel empowered to reach their goals.
Emma’s passion for working with children began long before her professional career, having spent over five years as a Learn to Swim instructor after finishing high school. This early experience sparked her interest in paediatric exercise physiology and laid the foundation for her work today.
